Destiny Banks serves as Ignite Families’ Community Resource Leader, connecting families with vital services and building strong partnerships with local agencies. Based in Indianapolis, she brings experience in human services, case management, and community outreach through her work with organizations such as Wheeler Mission, Step Up Inc., and Monumental Health Behavior. Destiny is passionate about advocacy, cultural competency, and equipping families with the resources they need to thrive.
