Julius Rhodes

Founder & CEO of Paragon Youth & Family Services, Julius has dedicated over 20 years to serving children and families through social services, law enforcement, and community outreach. A former police officer and Family Case Manager Supervisor with Indiana DCS, Julius has built a career advocating for at-risk youth, absentee fathers, and victims of abuse and neglect. In addition to leading Paragon, he is known for his hands-on community service-funding events to feed the homeless and support families in need. Julius continues to be a trusted pillar in Indiana, committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.
