Our Mission
Ignite Families is dedicated to redefining family reunification services, setting the highest standards of excellence. Our mission is to strengthen families in the care of DCS – the Department of Children and Families in Indiana, by going beyond surface-level solutions. We embrace a Life Centric model, prioritizing the well-being of our team members, who, in turn, empower families to succeed and stay together. With unwavering inclusivity and a commitment to internal growth, we create a safe, nurturing environment where loyalty flows both ways. Our goal is to enrich lives, enrich our team, and enrich our community by fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and support.
Community-Based Services
Ignite’s team of professionals, meet with their clients in a variety of settings, including their homes, parks, libraries, our facilities, or anywhere that promotes a safe and stimulating environment for our clients to engage in services. By partnering with our professionals our clients are able to confidently achieve the goals that they and their referring agencies have set.

Feast of Thanks
This Thanksgiving, Ignite Families is launching a heartfelt community project: providing complete holiday meals to families who would otherwise go without.
For $40, Aldi offers an entire Thanksgiving feast that can feed up to 10 people — turkey, sides, and all the essentials. Our goal is to make sure as many families as possible experience the joy, dignity, and warmth of a shared holiday meal.
