About Ignite Families:
Ignite Families is a Joint Commission–accredited, community-based child-welfare agency serving families across Indiana. We are known for solving the tough problems and for showing up for families others find hard to serve — with multilingual and ASL-capable services and a team that genuinely supports one another.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide home- and community-based therapeutic services to children and families involved with child welfare.
- Complete assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation to DCS and Joint Commission standards.
- Collaborate with the family’s team and your supervisor, and participate in case staffings.
- Carry a manageable caseload calibrated to your development as a clinician.
What We Offer:
- Provided clinical supervision toward your independent license under our board-approved Clinical Director — your supervised hours count toward LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Experience the full continuum of care supporting children and families from crisis to reunification.
- Opportunity to learn beyond the counseling room, working alongside professionals in Family Preservation, Father Engagement, Domestic Violence Advocacy, and community-based behavioral health.
- A growing organization where your voice matters, your development is intentional, and your work helps shape the future of services.
- A multilingual, ASL-capable, Joint Commission–accredited environment with strong documentation and training support.
Requirements:
- A heart for families and an interest in home- and community-based clinical work.
- Valid Indiana driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and clean driving record (the role involves travel to families).
- Successful DCS-required background checks (state, national, child protection, sex offender registry) and current mandated-reporter status.
- Bilingual or ASL skills a plus — Spanish, Burmese, French, Swahili, Lingala, and ASL are especially valued.
