Associate Therapist
Ignite Families is hiring an Associate Therapist to provide vital clinical support to children and families across Central Indiana. This flexible, 1099 contractor role offers $40–$50 per hour for 20–25 guaranteed billable hours per week, focusing on individual therapy, family interventions, and diagnostic assessments. Designed for LSW, LMHCA, or MSW graduates, this position provides the structured individual and group supervision required to earn your clinical licensure hours within a Joint Commission Accredited organization.
Therapist Intern
Ignite Families is hiring a Therapist Intern to join our clinical team for a paid, supervised field placement serving children and families across Central Indiana. This role is designed for MSW, MHC, and MMFT students seeking practicum or field placement hours that count directly toward degree requirements. Interns will manage a real DCS-referred caseload through individual and family therapy while receiving structured clinical supervision within a Joint Commission Accredited organization. This position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate class requirements and serves as a direct pipeline to a $40–$50/hour Associate Therapist role upon graduation.
